I want to share some of the benefits to riding a scooter. Riding a scooter offers benefit in several areas of our lives. You gain benefits from physical parts of the body emotional, social, and mental, all at the same time. On top of all this you get to be out in nature.

First riding a scooter stimulates the cardiovascular system by getting the heart rate up and elevating the rate is good for the cardiovascular system, circulation, heart and lungs. Regular use of a scooter is a good exercise for the heart, by getting the heart rate up and elevated. Riding a scooter is a full body exercise, starting with the legs and kicking off.

Second it causes you to balance and maintaining that can be challenging to your  core and lower parts of your body at the some time. Maintaining positions on the scooter is constantly engaging the core of your body which is a great workout for your legs, balance and core of the body. This improves your posture over time. Your upper body is engaged as well creating flexibility in the arms shoulders, head and neck.

This will stimulate your cognitive functions sharpening your decision making and time line navigating and obstacle avoidance. Which improves efforts to improve safety.
